Welcome to Target. These Terms of Service govern your use of our online store and purchases placed through it. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy before ordering.

1. Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or shop with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information, and keep any account credentials secure. Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, security or other customers.

2. Product information and condition

We offer home goods, kitchen essentials, electronics and everyday lifestyle products. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, items are sold as new in manufacturer packaging. Any open-box, refurbished, used or cosmetically imperfect condition must be disclosed on the product page before purchase.

Review model numbers, dimensions, electrical requirements, compatibility, included accessories and any delivery requirements before ordering. Screen settings may affect the appearance of product colors. A listing error does not remove your right to receive the item as described or to request an appropriate remedy.

3. Orders and payment

After checkout, we send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may verify payment, stock and delivery details before dispatch. Payment options are the methods displayed at checkout.

If an item is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or a clear listing error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you with the available options. We will not substitute a different item or charge a higher price without your agreement. If an order is canceled, amounts paid for the canceled items will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Prices, taxes and promotions

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Any applicable sales tax and the final order total are displayed before you submit payment. Standard shipping is free on all orders within our delivery area, with no minimum purchase. Promotion eligibility, exclusions and purchase limits apply only as disclosed before checkout.

5. Shipping and cancellation

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Full details appear in our Shipping Policy.

To change or cancel an order, email support@canvasellehome.com as soon as possible. Cancellation is available before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, we will explain the applicable return options. If we cannot ship within the promised preparation period, we will notify you of a revised dispatch date and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty assistance

Eligible items may be submitted for return within 30 calendar days after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. That policy explains item condition, return confirmation, shipping costs and refund timing.

Manufacturer warranty coverage, if offered for a product, is governed by the warranty terms applicable to that model. Review the product page and the manufacturer documentation for the warranty period, coverage and claim requirements. Keep your invoice and serial number. Contact support@canvasellehome.com for help identifying the appropriate claim route. We do not promise a manufacturer warranty where none is offered or specified.

7. Website content and availability

Website text, layouts and original materials may be used to browse the store and make purchases. Commercial reuse without permission is not allowed. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

We take reasonable steps to keep the website accurate and available. Temporary technical interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits remedies for goods that are defective, misdescribed or not delivered.

8. Changes and applicable law

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of Missouri, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order, and later changes do not retroactively reduce your rights.
